  Listen. Without the amazing staff ESPECIALLY Melissa, I would be giving 425 a 3 star rating, but they truly made my time there amazing. The apartments are perfect for a single gal or guy. For some reason people with screaming children live there with the paper thin walls so you hear the kids - ask for one away from kids (should really ban them). It is also way too small for a couple, let alone a couple with children and some have a dog on top of that!
  
  The building is in a perfect location- right on the promenade, walking distance to pier and equinox. It’s always clean. Always. Including the garage. Pool is awesome and no one is ever there - on the roof with a hot tub.
  
  I recently moved into a different Equity Tesidentil building in West LA, Westside Barrington, which is run by the C on Pico staff. The staff is a total embarrassment. They made me appreciate how amazing Melissa is ( she runs the staff for 425). Her entire staff is so friendly and courteous, she goes above and beyond for every resident!! She offered to walk and hold my dog because he gets scared when the maintenance people cane. She answered my drunk call at 11pm and helped me get into my apartment (it may have been 2am).. The building is only as good as the people who work there and the neighbors and Melissa made sure it was top notch.
  
  If you are single (1 small dog is okay in the apartment) and can afford the $3k a month in rent- I don’t think there’s many options that will beat 425 in LA. Also Melissa and her team will make sure you are taken care of.
  
  Highly recommend.
